    • Cancellation requests made after significant usage, project creation, data processing, or report generation may not be eligible for approval.
    • Once a subscription period has commenced and the platform has been actively used, cancellation requests may be declined.
  3. Refund Policy
    Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
    • Duplicate or excess payment made by the user

    • Refunds are typically processed and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
