User Content: You retain ownership of all project data, design parameters, and reports you create using our platform. However, you grant us a limited license to process and store this data to provide our services.

Professional Responsibility: RoadaX is a design tool that assists professional engineers. All design outputs must be reviewed and approved by qualified professional engineers. We are not responsible for the final design decisions or their implementation.
